The roasted rutabaga makes a great alternative to roasted potatoes as a side dish to red meat. My whole family loved this recipe.
Roasted Rutabaga
Preheat Oven: 425 F
1 rutabaga cut into 1/2" cubes
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
Toss together and distribute evenly on a jellyroll pan. Roast for 25 minutes, turning occasionally.
